Yes. Folio exports XML sequences that open directly in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, and DaVinci Resolve, and you get the same artifact whichever of the three you edit in. On Pro and above every VO clip is pre-cut and placed when you open the file; Core opens your synced timeline with every VO moment marked.
Three ways, and they do not all reach the same place. For a timeline you can open in your NLE: a synced sequence XML plus the dialogue audio from that same sequence — Folio transcribes it and identifies speakers automatically. Audio alone or your own .txt transcript also work and give you the full edit plan, but only the synced sequence carries the source references Folio needs to place clips on a timeline.
Every project you run through Folio builds your style profile. Your structural choices, pacing instincts, and editorial preferences accumulate over time. The more you use it, the more the output sounds like you.
Very. Each VO pull is trimmed to the sentence, not the surrounding segment. Accurate to under a second. The clips land where they should, with a small pad either side so the breath isn't cut off.
